1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Revinsi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Revinsi provides a review management platform that enables businesses to collect customer feedback via QR codes and SMS, route positive reviews to public platforms, and manage negative feedback privately.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information and comply with all applicable laws when using SMS features.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Revinsi to send unsolicited messages, generate fake reviews, or violate any review platform's terms of service. Review gating or filtering that prevents customers from posting public reviews is prohibited.

5. Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

Revinsi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
